Good Soil Tracker
Terms of Service
Good Soil Tracker never holds funds or moves money. These terms cover the read-only harvest, subscriptions, and linked accounts.

The service
Good Soil Tracker is a read-only personal finance cockpit. You may connect banks (via Plaid) and brokerages or crypto exchanges (via SnapTrade), add manual lots, and export a personal record. We never hold funds, transfer money, place trades, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
Good Soil never holds your funds or moves money. We never see or store your bank or brokerage passwords. Read-only access tokens from Plaid and SnapTrade are encrypted at rest and used only to read balances.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the email and password on your account, and for activity under it. One person, one user id — we do not offer household sharing in this version.
Subscription and billing
Access to My Harvest requires an active paid subscription billed by Stripe. There is one plan: $10 / month, or $100 / year if you pay ahead (save $20). Same harvest either way — no Pro or Premium tier. You can manage or cancel in the Stripe billing portal from the harvest. Canceling stops future charges; access continues through the paid period, then the harvest closes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Linked accounts
Banks connect through Plaid. Brokerages and crypto exchanges connect through SnapTrade. Both sessions are read-only. Good Soil stores encrypted access tokens so we can refresh balances — not your login password, and never a token that can transfer, trade, or pay.
You represent that you are authorized to link each institution. If a connection needs reconnect, we will show that clearly — we will not silently invent balances. Missing sleeves are unknown, not zero.
Crypto can live in more than one place. If you already track a coin and then link an exchange that also holds it, we will ask you to confirm whether to include both amounts. We do not silently drop a duplicate coin.
Exports and accuracy
Exported files are a personal record of connected and manual lots at the time you generate them. Marks come from market prints and provider balances. Figures can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Verify against your institution before you make a decision.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or resell the service; do not attempt to use it to move money, place trades, or access another person’s harvest; do not upload malware or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The app, wordmark, and harvest artwork belong to Good Soil Tracker. You keep ownership of the financial data you supply. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the cockpit to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free marks, or that linked institutions will stay connected. Market data and provider feeds can fail.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Good Soil Tracker is not liable for investment losses, missed trades, tax outcomes, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we cannot safely operate. After deletion we remove harvest data and connection tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and us for the service.
